Well-priced homes are moving: sellers received a median of 94–96% of their original list price, and single-family homes went under contract in a median of 45–47 days.
Closed sales rose across every segment, led by a 26.2% jump in Manatee County single-family sales. In short: demand is strong, good inventory is scarce, and pricing correctly matters more than ever.
