The figures above are drawn from the monthly market report published by the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota & Manatee (RASM), compiled by Florida Realtors® from Stellar MLS data. We track the metrics that actually inform a buy or sell decision — median price, closed sales, inventory, months of supply, days to contract, and how close sellers are getting to their asking price — for single-family homes in each county. Every figure carries a clear "data as of" date, and we refresh it each month as the new report is released. Condo and townhome trends differ from single-family; ask us for the full picture on a specific property type or neighborhood.
