1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered solely by The Lowry Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, 8334 Market Street, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202 ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), or Sarasota Bay Explorers. Any questions must be directed to Sponsor, not to those parties.
2. No Affiliation with Prize Provider. Sarasota Bay Explorers is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Promotion. Sponsor is independently providing the prize; reference to Sarasota Bay Explorers is for identification of the prize only.
3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor and Coldwell Banker Realty, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. Entry Period. Begins Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time and ends Sunday, August 31, 2026 at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.
5. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete the entry form at findyoursarasota.com/cruise with a valid name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries, entries using multiple identities or email addresses, or entries submitted by automated means will be void.
6. Winner Selection. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 3, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.
7. Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email and may be announced on The Lowry Report. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) business days, declines, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Prize. One (1) Sunset Cruise for two (2) guests with Sarasota Bay Explorers, Sarasota, FL. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $80.00 USD. Awarded "as is," subject to availability and to Sarasota Bay Explorers' schedules, terms, waivers, and safety requirements. Non-transferable; no cash alternative; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize includes only the cruise for two. All other costs — including transportation to and from Sarasota, lodging, meals, and gratuities — are the winner's sole responsibility.
9. Taxes. All taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.
10. Release of Liability. By entering and/or accepting the prize, each entrant (and, if applicable, the winner and their guest) agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Coldwell Banker Realty, Sarasota Bay Explorers, and their respective parents, affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or liabilities of any kind — including bodily injury, death, and property damage — arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or enjoyment of the prize, including any travel or activity related to the prize. Participation in the prize activity, including boat travel and water-based activity, is undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk and is subject to Sarasota Bay Explorers' separate waivers, terms, and safety rules.
11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, voice, statements, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further notice or compensation.
12. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Promotion and, only where an entrant opts in, to send newsletter or marketing communications (unsubscribe anytime). Sponsor does not sell entrant information. See the Privacy Policy. Opting in is optional and not a condition of entry.
13. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process, and may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions.
14. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the released parties are not liable for printing or announcement errors, nor for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation.
15. Governing Law. Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
16. Winner List. The winner's first name and last initial are available on request by emailing Sponsor.
17. Recurring Series. The Lowry Report giveaway is a recurring monthly promotion. Each month's giveaway is a separate promotion governed by its own rules and entry period.
